Questions
Is my browser up to date?
This page cannot know the newest release without asking a server, so it does not guess. Open your browser’s About page, usually under Settings or Help, to check for updates.
Why does it say Windows 10 or macOS 10.15 when I have a newer version?
Browsers now freeze or hide parts of the system version they report, to make tracking harder. Chrome and Edge give the real version to pages that ask through Client Hints, which this page uses where it can; other browsers keep some details hidden.
Is this information sent anywhere?
No. It is read by this page and shown only to you. Copy it yourself if a support team asks for it.
