About fixmint
fixmint is a set of 38 small tools for the chores that eat time: a photo that is too big to upload, an iPhone picture that won't open, PDFs that need merging, text that pasted in broken, a bill that needs splitting.
How it works
Every tool is plain JavaScript that runs in the page you are looking at. When you drop a file, your browser reads it, changes it and hands it back. Nothing is sent to a server, so there is nothing to wait for and nothing to leak. Once the site is installed as an app, most tools also work with no connection at all.
Who makes it
fixmint is a personal project by Yunus Emre Vurgun, alongside sites like Faultory and Formula Bro. The code is PHP, HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript, with no frameworks and no trackers beyond basic Google Analytics.
How it pays for itself
There are no ads, accounts or premium tiers. The site is funded by the maker's ebooks and kits on Gumroad. If a fix saved you time, that is the way to support it.
Articles
Blog articles are drafted with AI assistance and edited by the maker, then checked against the tools they describe. If you spot a mistake, the fastest fix is an email to the address on yunusemrevurgun.com.
