How to add a watermark to photos

- Type the text, add a PNG logo if you have one, then set the size, opacity and layout.
- Download each photo, or all of them as a ZIP.
Questions
Will my photos be uploaded?
No. The watermark is drawn on a canvas in your browser, so the photos and the logo never leave your device.
Will a watermark stop people copying my photos?
Not fully. A visible mark discourages casual reuse and shows who made the photo, but it can be cropped out or painted over. Keep your original files too.
What format do I get back?
JPG stays JPG at quality 0.92. PNG and WebP photos are saved as PNG, so transparent areas stay transparent.
Is the location data removed?
Yes. Drawing the photo on a canvas leaves out its EXIF data, including GPS location and camera details.
