An image of your signature is not a certified electronic signature; some forms need a dedicated e-signature service.

How it works

  1. Draw your signature in the box with a mouse, finger or pen.
  2. Pick a colour and thickness, and undo any stroke you do not like.
  3. Download the transparent PNG, or copy it and paste it into a document.

Questions

Is an image of my signature legally binding?

It depends on the form. An image of a signature is not a certified electronic signature, and some forms need a dedicated e-signature service. Check what the form asks for.

Is my drawing uploaded anywhere?

No. The drawing exists only on this page. Nothing is uploaded, and it is gone when you reload or close the tab.

Why is the PNG transparent?

The background is left empty, so the signature sits on white paper or a coloured form without a white box. The export is rendered at twice the on-screen size for sharper printing.

Can I sign with a finger or a pen?

Yes. Touch and stylus input both work. With a pen that reports pressure, harder presses draw thicker lines.
