Questions
Will the PDF be uploaded?
No. A PDF library in your browser turns the pages. Nothing is sent to a server, and your original is not changed; you download a new copy.
Does rotating redraw the page?
No. It changes the page’s rotation setting, which is what PDF viewers use to decide which way is up. The content itself is not redrawn.
Why does a page show a different angle than before?
Each page keeps any rotation it already had. The angle shown is the total: the existing rotation plus the turns you add here.
Can I rotate only some pages?
Yes. Tap the pages you want. Each tap turns that page 90° clockwise, and the pages you do not tap stay as they were.
